Beginning Monday, October 1, the Robert W. Woodruff Library of the Atlanta University Center will offer students and faculty even more time in the Library to prepare for fall mid-term exams and projects. The fall mid-term extended hours and 24-hour operations schedule will be as follows:
Monday, October 1 – Thursday, October 11, 2007
Monday-Thursday Open 24 Hours
Friday 7:30 AM – Midnight
Saturday and Sunday Noon – Midnight
During the 24-hour operation period, users may expect the following:
• After 6:00 p.m., any person entering the library must present his or her valid AUC identification card. Users will not be admitted without valid AUC identification card.
• Service desks will be staffed until 1:00 a.m. From 1:00-8:00 a.m., only user-initiated Library services will be available, including:
• Quiet study
• Access to the Library’s electronic resources and online catalog
• The ability to place interlibrary loan requests online
• The ability to check one’s circulation record online
• Internet access
• Word processing
• Copying and printing
