On Wednesday, February 28, the Robert W. Woodruff Library of the Atlanta University Center (AUC) and its Library Advisory Council will celebrate the published works of AUC faculty with its second annual Faculty Publication Exhibit and Reception.
From 10 a.m.-4 p.m., selected books, manuscripts, poetry and published materials authored by AUC faculty will be on display in the Library’s Virginia Lacy Jones Exhibition Hall. A bibliography of displayed materials and other faculty publications will accompany the exhibit. AUC faculty and staff will then honor the work of their colleagues during a 6 p.m. reception.
Following the event, the AUC publications bibliography and photos from the event will be available for public viewing on the Library Web site. The AUC Faculty Publication Exhibit and Reception is co-sponsored by the Library Advisory Council, a group of faculty representatives from across all four AUC member institutions that meets monthly to advise the Woodruff CEO/Library Director on Library programs and services.
