RWWL SHUTTLE SERVICE USER SATISFACTION SURVEY
In January, the Robert W. Woodruff Library (RWWL) introduced a new signage and schedule system and expanded its Campus Express Route for the shuttle service. The new service features were implemented in direct response to feedback gathered from shuttle drivers and from the shuttle service email and voice mail comment lines. With these changes in place, we want to know if the shuttle service better meets AUC rider needs. Beginning Monday, February 26 through midnight on Thursday, March 1, the Library will administer a short user satisfaction survey.
Click here to print out and complete a downloadable version of the survey. Copies of the survey also are available on all RWWL shuttle buses and at the Reference and Circulation desks in the Library. You may return completed surveys to shuttle drivers or place them in survey collection boxes located at the Library’s Reference and Circulation desks.
