Welcome to our IM Reference Service! It is available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, Fridays 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

*Please note: IM questions are taken in a first-come-first-served order. During busy times it may take longer to answer your IM or the service may be temporarily closed, if reference staff are busy helping patrons in-person. As an alternative to using the IM service, please feel free to email a librarian at refsta@auctr.edu, call the Reference Desk at 404-978-2067, or visit the Research Consultation Center for assistance.
