The Tupac Amaru Shakur Collection
Platinum recording artist, actor and poet Tupac Amaru Skakur is one of hip hop's brightest and most enduring stars. The Archives Research Center of the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library invites you to explore Shakur's legacy and discover his life and work in a whole new light.
The Tupac Amaru Shakur Collection spans the dates 1969-2008 and contains:
- Manuscripts of song lyrics, poems, track lists and video treatments;
- Manuscripts by Shakur family members and members of the rap groups Dramacydal and the Outlawz;
- Memorabilia;
- Correspondence to and from Tupac Shakur, including fan mail;
- Organizational documents from the production companies Amaru Entertainment, Inc., and Euphanasia;
- Documents related to Shakur's incarceration at Clinton Correctional Facility;
- Legal Documents, and
- Photographs
