Expand Your Research Visibility with New Read & Publish Agreements
Unlock open access publishing and reading access with Cambridge and Oxford University Press
We are pleased to announce that our institution now participates in two transformative Read & Publish agreements, making it easier for you to publish and access high-quality scholarly literature. These agreements support the global shift toward Open Access (OA) publishing and provide tangible benefits for faculty and authors.
Cambridge University Press — GALILEO Read & Publish Agreement

Through the GALILEO, Cambridge University Press Read & Publish agreement, authors affiliated with participating institutions (including our own) can publish original research articles, such as research articles, review articles, brief reports, and rapid communications, as open access at no cost to the author when the corresponding author is affiliated with a covered institution and the work is accepted in a participating journal. In addition, the agreement includes access to Cambridge’s journal content for all eligible users.
Key details:
- Authors with eligible affiliations can publish without Article Processing Charges (APCs).
- Applies to a wide range of Cambridge University Press journals.
- Eligible articles must be accepted from January 1, 2025, onward.
Oxford University Press — LYRASIS Read & Publish Agreement

Our participation in the Oxford University Press Read & Publish agreement through LYRASIS enables unlimited open access publishing in more than 500 Oxford journals, both fully OA and hybrid, for which the corresponding author is affiliated with a participating institution. Under this agreement, publication charges are covered by the institution, removing the financial barrier for faculty.
Key benefits:
- Corresponding authors affiliated with our institution can publish an unlimited number of OA articles in eligible OUP journals with no open access fees.
- The agreement also maintains reading access to Oxford’s journal titles for affiliated users.
