Print, Copy & Scan

Copying, printing and scanning services are available in the AUC Woodruff Library.

Library patrons may print from Library computers or their Windows laptops using our wireless print services, or they may copy materials at one of several copier/printer/scanners in the building.

Scanning to email is free. Print and copy jobs require a Smart Copy card, which can be purchased for $1.00 in cash (with 50 cents worth of copying or printing preloaded) or $5.00 for debit/credit card purchase (with $4.50 preloaded). Cash, debit or credit cards may also be used to reload Smart Copy cards.

Black-and-white printing is 10 cents per one-sided print, and color printing is 50 cents per one-sided print.

We provide courtesy local and toll-free fax sending services for the Atlanta University Center community.

Users who need to send information to areas outside of the Atlanta calling area are encouraged to take advantage of the scanning and e-mail functionality available at the copy machines.

Library patrons may receive faxes at 404-978-2156.

The fax services provided are not confidential; patrons send and receive faxes at their own risk. When receiving faxes at the Library, patrons should request that the sender attach a cover page.

The Library is not responsible for failed transmissions and/or non-receipt of documents. Any faxes received will be held for a period of one week at the Technology Design Studio and then disposed of.
