

Study Individually
Individual study carrels may be rented for the semester by Atlanta University Center faculty and graduate students who are presently engaged in research. The Study Carrel Application must be completed, signed by the appropriate university officials, and submitted to the Office of the CEO / Library Director for approval.

Study in a Group
Need a place for your group to study? There are 14 collaborative study rooms that may be reserved by AUC students and faculty with currently valid AUC identification. These rooms may be reserved online or at the Information Services Center or the Technology Design Studio in 3 hour increments.

Practice My Presentation
Giving a presentation? On the main level, you will find two presentation practice suites equipped with cameras and workstations for recording presentations. These rooms give users an opportunity to capture presentations so they can critique themselves and make sure presentations are polished and ready.

Book an Audio/Video Editing Suite
Audio-video editing suites are located on the Library’s main level and are designed to help users edit multimedia projects using the latest tools. Equipped with high-powered iMac workstations, a mixing board, studio monitor speakers and a condenser microphone, users can create multimedia productions just like the pros!

Book a Meeting Room
There are three meeting rooms available for reservation by AUC member institution faculties, staff and students in good standing. Requests to reserve a meeting room are made through the AUC Woodruff Library Administrative Office. Confirmation of the reservation will be made within two business days of the request.

Rent the Exhibition Hall
The AUC Woodruff Library permits activities in the Virginia Lacy Jones Exhibition Hall that concur with its mission to support the learning, teaching, and research needs of the AUC member institutions. Submit an Exhibition Hall Reservation Request to request use of the Exhibition Hall.
